Ama·Nacer is the wonderful world Cristina Gil has created, weaving together her expertise as a midwife, her sensibility and values, and the yoga and meditation practices she guides so beautifully.

At her latest Conscious Pregnancy Retreat, which brought together 16 mothers-to-be for a weekend of connecting with themselves and with everything the future held for them, we wanted to add our own little touch with a special gift.

We've followed Ama·Nacer, Cristina's project, since its beginnings in 2023, and we've walked alongside it ever since. What unites us is a love for a slower life — one that's more conscious and more connected to nature, to our own essence.

When we reached out to Cris about collaborating in some way and joining forces, she didn't hesitate for a second — it was love at first sight with Tiralahilacha!

She immediately thought of her Conscious Pregnancy Retreat: a magical experience that would bring together 16 mothers-to-be for a weekend of care and community. That's when it became clear to us: we were going to give those 16 mothers-to-be a little piece of Tiralahilacha to dress their babies' first months.

And so it was. After a meditation led by Cris, in which the women lay down on their mats with their eyes closed, a mysterious little parcel rested at their feet.

As they opened it, they found something they hadn't expected: a tiny bodysuit, soft and lovely to the touch. One of the very first pieces of clothing they could dress their babies in — a gentle garment made from organic cotton, dyed with eco-friendly dyes and crafted with the utmost care.

Cris tells us how moving that moment was: how they slowly opened their eyes, the surprise of finding a parcel they weren't expecting, how they unwrapped it with excitement, with care, with those lovely flutters of not knowing what you'll find — but knowing for certain it will be something special.

After a few deeply moving minutes, a beautiful circle formed in which all the women held up the bodysuit they'd received and shared their thoughts, their fears and their hopes.

That day, they didn't just receive a piece of clothing for their babies — they also received the chance to give them comfort, well-being and a healthier first touch of the world.
