If you place an order from within the European Union, you will receive it in 1-5 working days depending on what Shipping Option you choose. Place your order before 12:00, selecting "Express Shipping 24h" and there's a good chance you will receive it on the next day.
If you place your order from non-EU European countries, the UK, the USA, Canada, Singapore or Japan, you will receive it in 3-5 working days*. Place your order before 12:00, selecting "Express Shipping 48h" and we will ship it out in the quickest way. Note that your local customs can sometimes add time to your delivery.

Keep in mind that for destinations outside the European Union, import taxes could be applied and are determined by customs.
Pre-order items will be shipped once we have finished manufacturing them and they are in our warehouse ready to go.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, all of them will be shipped together to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions.
If you need your items shipped separately it is best if you place two separate orders.
Xmas deliveries limit: Orders received on / before 15:00 on December 20th will be shipped the next business day and have a guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Christmas Extended Return Period: All orders placed after December 1st can be exchanged or returned until January 14th.
RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES ARE FREE*
You have 30 DAYS to exchange sizes after you have received the items.
You have 14 DAYS to return any item, from the moment you receive the goods.

Be aware that all items must be returned in perfect condition, unused/unworn, unwashed and with its original labeling/packaging, to guarantee the exchange or refund. No changes of underwear or socks are allowed.
For home pickups, you need to have the parcel prepared and ready for our transport company to collect it. We will send you the label that you need to stick on top of your package.
IMPORTANT: For exchanges from outside the European Union, you need to write RETURN in the package, in order to avoid unnecessary custom costs.
We won't accept exchanges outside the mentioned time frame or exchanges of items that we have not been informed of before. We won't either accept exchanges with shipping or custom costs pending to be paid.

Regardless of which of the two options you choose for your refund, we recommend that you print, fill, and place inside the package the return form that you can download below.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
We double-check all items before shipping them out. However, if you found anything damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you must contact our Customer Service team at: orders@tiralahilacha.com within 14 days after receiving it, attaching a picture and a comment about it. You will then be informed about the return process and how to proceed.
PARTIAL EXCHANGES / RETURNS
You have ordered two or more items and you just want to exchange / return one of them and keep the others. That's not a problem, you will be able to select which items you keep and which ones you exchange / return during the return process.
LATE RETURNS
In case you exceed the allowed period for exchanges / returns, we will study your case and try to find a good solution, out of the stipulated terms.
ITEMS TO ORDER
We are a small team with a small workshop, so many of the items we sell are specifically "made to order", which means that are made specifically for you. In most cases you won't notice this as we will finish the goods and ship them out on the same day, but this means that we have to put in hours of labor and raw materials to finish the piece specially for you. In these cases, and for orders that require many hours of work and resources from our side, returns won't be accepted, as it rightly stated in the Return and Refund laws existing in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). If that's the case with your order, you will be informed before the shipment so you can choose to proceed with the order, modify it, or cancel it, knowing that all or part of it can't be returned. No changes or returns of underwear or socks are allowed.
