LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIVEAWAYS AND PROMOTIONS
1. ORGANIZER
Giveaways and promotions are organized by Manufacturas Vall Benaiges S.A. (hereinafter, “the Organizer”), operating under the brand TIRALAHILACHA, with Tax ID A25018979 and registered office at Polígono Industrial La Canaleta, C/ Mas d'en Colom 11-13, 25300 Tàrrega (Lleida, Spain). Contact: info@tiralahilacha.com.
Promotions are carried out online through the Organizer's official channels, including its website, email newsletters and social media accounts.
2. SCOPE AND SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
These Legal Terms apply to all giveaways and promotions organized by Tiralahilacha (each, “the Promotion”). Each Promotion will have Specific Conditions published at the end of these Legal Terms and/or on its landing page, post or announcement, indicating at least: prize, participation period, entry requirements and territory.
In case of conflict, the Specific Conditions prevail over these Legal Terms. Unless the Specific Conditions state otherwise, the following apply by default:
Territory: participants resident in the European Union.
Number of winners: one (1), plus three (3) alternates.
Draw: within fifteen (15) days after the end of the participation period.
Time limit for the winner to reply: seven (7) calendar days from notification.
Once the participation period ends, no further entries will be accepted. Entries received outside the period will not be valid.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase. It is open to natural persons aged 18 or over, resident in the territory of the Promotion, who meet all the requirements stated in the Specific Conditions (for example: subscribing to the newsletter, following an account, liking or commenting on a post).
Each person may participate only once per Promotion, regardless of the number of email addresses, accounts or profiles used, unless the Specific Conditions state otherwise. An entry is only valid if all requirements are met both at the end of the participation period and on the date of the draw.
The following are excluded from participation: employees of Manufacturas Vall Benaiges S.A., collaborators, agencies, influencers and any person involved in the organization of the Promotion, as well as their spouses or partners, relatives up to the second degree and persons living with them.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Unless the Specific Conditions state otherwise, the winner(s) and alternates will be selected by random draw among all valid entries, using a random selection tool. The Organizer will keep a record of the draw.
The alternates, in the order drawn, will replace the winner where the winner is excluded, cannot be contacted, does not reply in time, does not pass verification or rejects the prize. If no alternates remain, the prize will be declared void.
5. NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
The winner will be contacted by email and/or by direct message from the Organizer's official verified account, and must reply within the period indicated, accepting the prize and providing the data requested.
Before awarding the prize, the Organizer may require the winner to verify their identity, age and eligibility (including providing an identity document and, where the law requires it, their tax ID number). Failure to provide this information within the period indicated will result in the loss of the prize.
The Organizer will never ask participants for payments, card details, passwords or banking data to deliver a prize. Messages of this kind do not come from the Organizer, which is not responsible for any fraud committed by third parties impersonating its identity.
6. PRIZES
The prize will be the one described in the Specific Conditions. Prizes are personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Where the prize is a voucher or credit for tiralahilacha.com, unless the Specific Conditions state otherwise: it will be delivered as a digital code; it is valid for twelve (12) months from delivery; it may be used in one or more purchases until the balance is used up; it is not valid for gift cards; and any unused balance at expiry will be lost. Returns of products purchased with the voucher will be refunded as voucher balance, never in cash.
The Organizer may replace the prize with another of equal or higher value where justified reasons make it impossible to deliver it as announced.
7. TAXES
Prizes are subject to the applicable tax regulations.
8. DISQUALIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION
The Organizer may exclude any entry, and withhold or revoke a prize, where any of the following circumstances is verified:
Use of false, incomplete or third-party data, or of disposable or temporary email addresses;
Multiple entries by the same person through different emails, accounts or identities;
Use of bots, scripts, automated systems, fake accounts, entry-sharing groups or any other means that artificially increase the chances of winning;
Unsubscribing from the newsletter, unfollowing the account or no longer meeting any other entry requirement before the draw date;
Failure to meet the eligibility requirements (age, territory or exclusions);
Failure to pass the verification described in section 5;
Publication of content contrary to section 10, or any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion.
The Organizer will inform the affected participant of the specific reason, and the prize will go to the next alternate.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA
Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other platform. Participants release these platforms from any liability and acknowledge that they provide their data to the Organizer, not to the platform.
10. CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Comments, images or actions that are offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal or infringe third-party rights are prohibited. The Organizer may remove such content and exclude the participant. Participants are solely responsible for the content they publish and guarantee that it does not infringe any intellectual property, image or privacy rights of third parties.
11. PUBLICATION OF WINNERS
By participating, the winner agrees that their first name, the initial of their surname, their city and/or their social media username may be published on the Organizer's channels to announce the result. Any other use of the winner's image will require their prior and express consent.
12. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:
Technical failures, interruptions, errors or malfunctions of the internet, servers, email, social networks or third-party platforms that affect participation, notification or delivery;
Entries lost, delayed, incomplete or not registered for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, or emails filtered as spam;
Errors in the data provided by participants that prevent their identification or contact;
Fraud or actions by third parties, including impersonation of the Organizer;
Loss, theft, damage or misuse of the prize after delivery, or the impossibility for the winner to enjoy it for reasons not attributable to the Organizer;
Force majeure or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
In any event, the Organizer's liability in connection with a Promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize. Nothing in these Legal Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor the rights granted to consumers by mandatory regulations.
13. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
The Organizer may modify, extend, suspend or cancel a Promotion where there are justified reasons (fraud, technical problems, force majeure, legal requirements or any cause that prevents its normal development), informing participants through the same channels used to announce it, without this giving rise to any compensation.
The Organizer may update these Legal Terms. Updates will apply to Promotions starting after their publication and will only affect Promotions in progress for the reasons indicated in the previous paragraph, without reducing participants' essential rights.
14. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), participants are informed that:

Purposes and legal basis: (a) managing participation, the draw, verification, prize delivery and the publication of winners, on the basis of the participation relationship accepted under these Legal Terms (art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) complying with tax and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR); (c) preventing fraud in the Promotion, on the basis of the Organizer's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR); (d) sending commercial communications about Tiralahilacha, only where the participant has subscribed to the newsletter, on the basis of their consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Newsletter: where the Specific Conditions require subscribing to the newsletter, this will be clearly indicated when entering. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every email, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing; withdrawal before the draw will mean that the entry is no longer valid.
Recipients: service providers acting as data processors (e-commerce, email marketing, hosting and shipping), some of which may be located outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses); public authorities where required by law; and the public, as regards the winner's data indicated in section 11.
Retention: participation data, until the Promotion ends and for the period in which claims may arise; winners' data, for the periods required by tax and commercial law; newsletter data, until consent is withdrawn.
Rights: participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and not to be subject to automated decisions, by emailing info@tiralahilacha.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where there are reasonable doubts about the identity of the applicant. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Participants guarantee that the data provided are true and their own.
15. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in any Promotion implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and of the Specific Conditions of each Promotion, as well as of the Organizer's decisions on any issue not provided for, which will be taken on objective grounds. These Legal Terms are available in several languages; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. Manifest typographical, clerical or translation errors shall not bind the Organizer and will be corrected as soon as they are detected.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Legal Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the participant's place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS — €1,000 GIVEAWAY (OCTOBER 2026)
Prize: one (1) €1,000 voucher for tiralahilacha.com, valid for 12 months from delivery, usable in one or more purchases and not combinable with other discounts.
Participation period: from its publication until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
How to participate: (1) fill in the form on the giveaway page, which includes subscribing to the Tiralahilacha newsletter; and (2) follow @tiralahilacha on Instagram and like the giveaway post.
Draw: 1 November 2026, by random draw among all valid entries. One (1) winner and three (3) alternates.
Notification: the winner will be notified by email on 1 November 2026 (and by WhatsApp, if they opted in). Compliance with all requirements will be verified before the prize is awarded.
Territory: residents in the European Union only.
