b. No Child Labor

  • Suppliers must adhere to the minimum age requirements prescribed by local laws and regulations and must not employ children below the age of 15 or the legal age of employment, whichever is higher.

c. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

  • Suppliers must respect the rights of workers to form and join trade unions, engage in collective bargaining, and participate in peaceful assembly.

d. Fair Wages and Benefits

  • Suppliers are expected to minimize their environmental impact by using resources efficiently and reducing waste wherever possible. This includes adopting energy and water-saving technologies, and reducing harmful emissions.

b. Responsible Sourcing of Materials

  • Suppliers must ensure that the materials used in our products are sourced sustainably and responsibly, following recognized standards for environmental protection and ethical sourcing.

c. Hazardous Materials Management

  • Suppliers must properly manage, handle, and dispose of hazardous materials in a way that minimizes environmental impact and complies with relevant environmental laws and regulations.

5. Ethical Business Practices

a. Anti-Corruption

  • Suppliers must conduct their business ethically and transparently, with zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or any other forms of unethical business behavior.

b. Confidentiality

  • Suppliers must protect all confidential information shared with them and must not disclose such information without prior authorization.

c. Conflicts of Interest

  • Suppliers must avoid any conflicts of interest that may affect their business relationship with TIRALAHILACHA. If a conflict arises, it must be disclosed promptly.

6. Monitoring and Compliance

Suppliers must allow TIRALAHILACHA or its representatives to conduct audits or inspections of their operations and facilities to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct. Suppliers must also maintain documentation to demonstrate their compliance with these standards.
