YOU CAN GET YOUR REFUNDS IN TWO WAYS
IMPORTANT: Check first that you qualify for a refund: you must be in the return time window specified in our Delivery & Returns page, knowing that items "Made to Order" don't quality for an exchange or return because they are made specifically for you.
1. FREE RETURN: Select GIFT CARD during the return process. We will e-mail you with a label that you need to stick on top of your package. Once we receive and verify the items at our warehouse you will receive a Gift Card for the total amount of your order. You can use it in your next purchase.
2. DIRECT REFUND: Select this option during the return process. We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the total amount of the returned items in your order. This kind of refunds have a shipping cost that will be deducted from the transfer you receive:
