Returns

To return an item you have to notify us within 14 days after receiving your order. Be aware that all items must be returned in perfect condition, unused/unworn, unwashed and with its original labeling/packaging, to guarantee a refund.


You have two options for your Returns:
 
1.- FREE*: Select GIFT CARD during the return process. We will e-mail you with a label that you need to stick on top of your package. Once we receive and verify the item at our warehouse you will receive a Gift Card for the total amount of your order. You can use it in your next purchase.
2.- DIRECT TRANSFER: We will issue a refund for the total amount of the returned items in your order. Returns in this case have a shipping cost that will be deducted from the transfer you receive:

Regardless of which of the two options you choose for your return, we recommend that you print, fill, and place inside the package the return form that you can download below.

 

 

NOTES:

Christmas Extended Return Period: All orders placed after December 1st can be exchanged or returned until January 14th.

Be aware that to return an item it must come with its original labeling/packaging, and it must not be used or washed.

In the returns process you can choose if you want us to pickup the items from your home or you want to leave it in a post office near you. For home pickups, you need to have the parcel prepared and ready for our transport company to collect it. We will send you the label that you need to stick on top of your package.

IMPORTANT: For returns from outside the European Union, you need to write RETURN in the package, in order to avoid unnecessary custom costs.

We won't accept returns outside the mentioned time frame or returns of items that we have not been informed of before. We won't either accept returns with pending shipping or custom costs.
