Use a tape measure over your underwear and compare your body measurements with those on our Size Guide. Most people measurements are between two sizes, one larger and one smaller.

Typically, you would choose the size that is closer to your measurements.

If you generally prefer a loose fit, you may want to choose the larger option. However, if you generally prefer a slim fit, you may want to choose the smaller option.
