Free Shipping Terms
Orders over 60 EUR within Spain will be shipped for free if the free shipping offer is valid at the time of placing the order and non of the following exceptions apply:
- Shipments outside of the peninsula to the Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla (free shipping for orders over 100 EUR). Depending on the selected shipment company, extra costs might be charged related to administrative processes for the handling and transfer of goods.
- Shipments outside of the European Union (free shipping for orders over 150 EUR). These orders may be subject to international handling fees and taxes. Delays may occur and the delivery time can take up to 10 working days.
- Shipments within the European Union (free shipping for orders aver 150 EUR). Delays may occur and the delivery time can take up to 10 working days.
- Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotional offers like Outlet festival or others and minimum shipment fees will be charged in this case.
www.tiralahilacha.com reserves the right to ship orders with the shipment company of their choice at any given moment.
After the status of the order is set to “sent” (you can check the status of your order in your account under “my orders”), the delivery time of orders within Spain is estimated to take up to a maximum of 3 working days. If orders are shipped with CORREOS (www.correos.es) or are sent outside of Spain, the delivery time can take up to 10 working days.
Delivery time is an estimate and we will do our very best to get the orders delivered on time. However, as the delivery process involves third parties, any possible delay will not entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive any sort of compensation.

Products sold on the website www.tiralahilacha.com can be returned within 14 days after the order has been received, always in perfect condition, with the original packaging and complete label and without having been used or washed.
We cannot accept items that are returned after this time period.
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item you bought from us, please send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us about the return. Then download and print the return form which can be found under “my order history” in your personal account. The return form can be created by clicking on “details” of the last order and ticking the items that you wish to return. Once we authorise the return (please note that this is not an automatic process and can take up to 48 hours), the return form together with any unwanted items has to be sent to Tiralahilacha. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer. Freight collect shipments will not be be accepted. Any returned items that do not comply with the above mentioned conditions shall be sent back to the customer with shipment charges billed to the customer.
In order to facilitate the returns process, returns within Spain will always be sent with the shipment company chosen by Tiralahilacha. The customer can choose between sending the item(s) via certified mail or having the transport company pick up the parcel at the customer’s home. The pick-up will be arranged by Tiralahilacha and costs an additional 8,90 EUR. If the customer requests a pick-up-service for the return, we will deduct the 8,90 EUR from the total amount due to be returned to the customer.
Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or anywhere outside of Spain can be sent with any shipping company. Postage has to be paid by the customer.
We would like to remind you that until we receive the parcel with your returned items, it is your responsibility. We therefore recommend sending it via certified mail and making sure you keep the proof of shipment.
In oder to offer the best possible quality control, orders are always thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped. However, if you do receive a wrong item or an item that has a manufacturing defect (and only in these cases), the postage for the return will be paid by Tiralahilacha, as long as you follow the steps of the returns process as mentioned previously. Please notify us via email and don't forget to include a copy of the return form. After receiving the returned items, Tiralahilacha will thoroughly examine them and in case that an order preparation mistake or a manufacturing defect can be confirmed, the refund or exchange will be arranged.
No refund or exchange will be authorized if the product has been damaged or used, apart from being opened for inspection. The customer therefore is asked to treat the items with care and to return them in the same condition as they received them.
Books, magazines and other have no option of return.
In any case, only the money for the unwanted items will be returned and never the amount corresponding to the shipping costs.
In order to make sure that everything is correct, we recommend opening the parcel in the presence of the delivery personal and making a note of any faults on the delivery note that comes with every order we send.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item you don’t want to keep. Please notify us beforehand about the exchange and wait for our confirmation, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the exchange. Please note that once you send the item you wish to exchange we will have to examine the product in order to validate the return. It can therefore take a total of 14 days until you receive the new item.
Once we receive your return and after inspecting the items, we will transfer the amount corresponding to the returned items to your account, the conditions and the price being the same as when you originally placed the order. If applicable we will deduct the amount corresponding to the pick-up-service or possible shipping fees.
