Shipping & Delivery Times
If you place an order from within the European Union, you will receive it in 1-3 working days. Place your order before 10:00 and there's a good chance you will receive it on the next day.
If you place your order from another European Country, from the UK, or the USA, Canada, Singapore or Japan, you will receive it in 2-4 working days*. *Note that your local customs can sometimes add time to your delivery.

Pre-order items will be shipped once we have finished manufacturing them and they are in our warehouse ready to go.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, all of them will be shipped together to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions.
If you need your items shipped separatedly it is best if you place two separate orders.
Transit times specified here are calculated from the moment we ship out the product from our factory, which usually means the same day or the next day after the order has been placed. We are a small company but we will always try that you get your order as quick as posible. You will receive all the necessary information to track your order in real time.

You have 30 days to exchange items after you have received them, for any reason.
Size exchanges are totally free. Simply follow the steps using the link below.
If you want to change your product for a different one, you can proceed with a regular return, selecting GIFT CARD in the process, and then use it in your next purchase. This process is also free.
Be aware that to exchange an item it must come with its original labeling/packaging, and it must not be used or washed.
For home pickups, you need to have the parcel prepared and ready for our transport company to collect it. We will send you the label that you need to stick on top of your package.
IMPORTANT: For exchanges from outside the European Union, you need to write RETURN/DEVOLUCIÓN in the package, in order to avoid unnecessary custom costs.
We won't accept exchanges outside the mentioned time frame or exchanges of items that we have not been informed of before. We won't either accept exchanges with pending shipping or custom costs.

To return an item you have to notify us within 15 days after receiving your order. Be aware that all items must be returned in perfect condition, unused/unworn, unwashed and with its original labeling/packaging, to guarantee a refund.

What happens if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item ?
We review all our products before shipping them.
If you found anything damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you must contact our Customer Service team at: email@example.com within 14 days after receiving it, attaching a picture and a comment about it. You will then be informed about the return process and how to proceed.
I have ordered two or more items. Can I exchange / return just one of them ?
Yes, this choice will appear during the Exchange / Return process.
What happens if I notify a return after the deathline ?
In case you exceed the allowed period for exchanges / returns, we will study your case and try to find a good solution, out of the stipulated terms.
